Didn’t know it has to be a hollow head on the golf club until I read your article. There sure has to be a lot to consider about behind the scene when carving a chocolate piece! Great work, chef!

like I said before is always good to know the whole story behind to understand better ,is not just make the show piece ,bring it to Hong Kong ( From Macau ) and then thank you finish, not to mention they did put a light on top of each show pieces ,actually they suppose to have 29 show pieces only 21 was on a table on that day !
